Brief Specification Description: The scope of weak current maintenance and emergency repair involves the maintenance, optimization, inspection and safety management of the relevant weak current point lines in the Pudong Branch building and its business detachment, public security office and police station within its jurisdiction.

合同履約期限：此項目運維服務期限自合同簽訂之日起一年。

The Contract Period: The operation and maintenance service period of this project is one year from the date of signing the contract.

二、申請人的資格要求 2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本次招標若符合政府強制采購節能產品、鼓勵環保產品、扶持福利企業、促進殘疾人就業、促進中小企業發展、支持監獄和戒毒企業等政策，將落實相關政策。（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目專門面向小微企業采購，評審時小微企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持監獄企業、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this tender meets the government's mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouraging environmental protection products, supporting welfare enterprises, promoting the employment of disabled people, promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises and other policies, the relevant policies will be implemented. (1) Implement the quota reservation measures, increase the share of smes in government procurement, and support the policies of smes: This project is specifically for the procurement of small and micro enterprises, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of small and micro enterprises during the review. (2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同投標人，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；（2）為采購項目提供整體設計、規范編制或者項目管理、監理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。（3）本項目專門面向小型、微型企業采購（4）本項目不接受聯合體磋商。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different bidders with direct holding and management relations shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract; (2) Suppliers that provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project. (3) This project is specifically for small and micro enterprise procurement (4) This project does not accept consortium negotiations.

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；

(ii)未被“信用中國”列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" , China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
