Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本項目非專門面向中小企業，執行《政府采購 促進中小企業發展管理辦法》的通知財庫〔2020〕46 號）。本次采購若符合政府強制采購節能產品、鼓勵環 保產品、扶持福利企業、促進殘疾人就業、支持中小微企業、支持監獄和戒毒企業等政策，將落實相關政策。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:?This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and it follows the notice of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the implementation of the "Measures for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Government Procurement" (CKu [2020] No. 46).
