合同履行期限：自合同簽訂至海浪機場改擴建可研報告獲得省級發改部門批復止。
二、申請人的資格要求：
1.滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定;
2.落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求： 無。
3.本項目的特定資格要求：
合同包1(###市重大項目建設保障中心牡丹江海浪機場改擴建項目可研階段塔臺位置和高度技術論證報告)特定資格要求如下:
(1)投標供應商須具備工程咨詢單位甲級資信證書（業務包括民航，提供原件掃描件）。
(2)投標供應商須為全國投資項目在線審批監管平臺上備案的工程咨詢單位，且備案專業含民航專業（須提供備案證明材料）。
(3)供應商須為中****局飛行標準司最近一期公布的《飛行程序設計單位備案信息公布表》中的單位。
(4)擬擔任本項目的項目負責人須具有機場工程相關專業高級技術職稱，須提供項目負責人在本單位3年以上（含3年）的社保證明。（企業成立不足3年須提供相關證明材料）
