border:1px solid #333;text-align: center;padding: 2px 6px; } #noticeDemandExternal table tr th{ font-weight: bold; text-align: center;padding: 2px 6px;} #noticeDemandExternal table tr{ height: 32px;} #noticeDemandExternal .innercontent{padding-left: 32px;} #noticeDemandExternal .cleardom{clear: both;height: 0;line-height: 0;overflow: hidden;} #noticeDemandExternal .alignright{ text-align: right;word-break: normal;} } 合同包1(2022年######縣大井鎮黑山頭村等2個村耕地儲備庫項目):合同包預算金額：1,554,********元品目號品目名稱采購標的數量（單位）技術規格、參數及要求品目預算(元)最高限價(元)1-1其他建筑工程2022年######縣大井鎮黑山頭村等2個村耕地儲備庫項目1(項)詳見采購文件1,554,********本合同包不接受聯合體投標合同履行期限：簽訂合同后30日歷日完成全部工程內容二、申請人的資格要求：1.滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定：（1）具有獨立承擔民事責任的能力；（2）具有良好的商業信譽和健全的財務會計制度；（3）具有履行合同所必需的設備和專業技術能力；（4）有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄；（5）參加政府采購活動前三年內，在經營活動中沒有重大違法記錄；（6）法律、行政法規規定的其他條件。2.落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：合同包1(2022年######縣大井鎮黑山頭村等2個村耕地儲備庫項目)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求如下:(1)參與的供應商（聯合體）工程的施工單位全部為符合政策要求的中小企業；(2)參與的供應商（聯合體）工程的施工單位全部為符合政策要求的中小企業。。3.本項目的特定資格要求： 合同包1(2022年######縣大井鎮黑山頭村等2個村耕地儲備庫項目)特定資格要求如下: (1)1.具備建設行政主管部門頒發的水利水電工程施工總承包三級及以上資質，具有有效的企業安全生產許可證，并在人員、設備、資金等方面具有相應的施工能力，投標人須在內蒙古自治區水利廳或水利工程協會完成企業信用檔案登記備案后，方可參加投標。 2.潛在投標人擬派項目經理須具有水利水電專業二級及以上注冊建造師執業資格，同時具備有效的B類安全生產考核合格證書，且擬派項目經理要求未在其他在施建設工程項目中任職（提供項目經理無在建承諾書并加蓋公章，格式自擬）；3.現場管理機構其他組成人員：技術負責人、施工員、質檢員、安全員每個崗位各1人；技術負責人（水利水電相關專業中級及以上職稱）的職稱證；有效的施工員、質檢員的崗位證（崗位證書若體現專業類別則必須為水利水電相關專業）及安全員有效期內的C類安全生產考核合格證；4.項目管理機構組成人員（項目經理、技術負責人、施工員、質檢員、安全員）的身份證復印件（有效期內）。項目管理機構人員與投標單位簽訂的有效的勞動合同，投標單位為以上人員繳納的近一年內至少一個月的社保繳納信息（社保繳納信息按以下任意一種方式提交均認可：①如投標人所在地區已實****網上查詢，提供可****網站上查詢的繳納養老保險相關信息（將參保信息查詢、社保繳費查詢打印并加蓋投標企業單位公章），并同時提供現場管理人員查詢社保信息的用戶名及密碼（或驗證碼）；②如投標人所在地區未實****網上查詢，可提供近一年內至少一個月加蓋社保機構公章的養老保險繳納個人明細或對賬單。如因疫情原因導致養老保險未及時繳納，或社保機構已給予減免的，請說明實際情況）。注：（1）依據內蒙古自治區住房和城鄉建設廳“內蒙古自治區住房和城鄉建設廳關于建設工程企業資質有關事宜的通知”：我區各級住房城鄉建設主管部門（行政審批部門）核發的工程勘察、工程設計、建筑業企業、工程監理企業資質（含我廳承接的住房和城鄉建設部審批權限下放試點事項），資質證書有效期于2023年12月30日之前屆滿的，統一延期至2023年12月31日。在此期間，企業可持該資質證書用于經營活動，無需換領資質證書。依據住房和城鄉建設部“住房和城鄉建設部辦公廳關于建設工程企業資質統一延續有關事項的通知”：我部核發的工程勘察、工程設計、建筑業企業、工程監理企業資質，資質證書有效期于2023年12月30日前期滿的，統一延期至2023年12月31日。上述資質有效期將在全###市場監管公共服務平臺自動延期，企業無需換領資質證書，原資質證書仍可用于工程招標投標等活動。（2）依據《住房和城鄉建設部辦公廳關于做好建筑業“證照分離”改革銜接有關工作的通知》###市〔2021〕30號】文件要求對于本項目涉及的有關資質要求按該文件執行。
